No. Boise Senior Concierge is a non-medical concierge and tech support service. We do not provide any medical care, nursing, medication administration, or clinical services. We help with daily tasks, errands, technology, and companionship. If your loved one needs medical care at home, we are happy to help coordinate a referral to a licensed home health agency.

Who actually comes to my parent's home?

You’ll see the same trusted person at every visit - never a rotating agency staff member. We are a small, locally owned service, and your first visit is personally handled by the owner and operator, A.T.

Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?

None. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anything with no penalties, no fees, and no questions asked. We earn your business every single month by showing up and delivering, not by locking you in.

What if my parent only needs help once in a while - not every month?

No problem. We offer one-time à la carte services with no commitment required. A single errand run is $80. An in-home tech session is $100. An emergency check-in visit is $70. You can book whenever you need us and upgrade to a monthly plan later if it makes sense.
